Focaccias topped with fresh and delicious ingredients and EV olive oil. Perfect on its own or to go with a soup or stew.

Description

This focaccia is made with stoneground white flour and sourdough yeast culture, spring water and a little salt. It is topped with fresh rosemary, rock salt and lashings of extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients: Stoneground white bread flour, spring water, sourdough yeast culture, EV olive oil, sea salt (un iodated), garlic powder (Sulphur dioxide), onion powder (Sulphur dioxide).

Caramelised onion and thyme: Onions, sugar, vinegar (sulphur dioxide), fresh thyme, mixed herbs, rock salt (un iodated), garlic powder, onion powder.
Garlic cheese: Cheddar cheese, fresh garlic, mixed herbs, rock salt (un iodated), garlic powder, onion powder.
Rosemary Salt: Fresh rosemary, mixed herbs, rock salt (un iodated), garlic powder, onion powder.
Spinach, pepper, feta: Fresh spinach, mixed peppers, feta cheese, mixed herbs, rock salt (un iodated), garlic powder, onion powder.
Peppadew, rosemary + Feta: Peppadews, fresh rosemary, feta, mixed herbs, rock salt (un iodated), garlic powder, onion powder.

STORING NOTE:

Store well wrapped. Will last up to 1 day (this is due to the fresh product used in the toppings).
If storing in the fridge, keep well wrapped and use within 2 days as product will get crumbly and dry.

HEATING NOTE:

Preheat oven to 180°C. Defrost completely before baking and add extra olive oil or extra toppings, if desired (they make excellent super thick crust pizzas).
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until soft and warm to the touch.
The focaccias will get crispy and chewy if overbaked, so don't cook until browned.

FREEZER NOTE:

All focaccias freeze very well, but they must be fully defrosted before baking as they freeze very solid and won't cook to the centre if baked from frozen.
Toppings will naturally fall of the bread so store right side up.
