These sourdough naans are baked super hot so you get that crisp exterior, but with the soft naan interior, which is what makes this bread excellent with curries and stews or anything else with sauce.
They are brushed with melted butter while hot.

Ingredients: Stoneground bread flour, sourdough yeast culture, spring water, full cream milk, full cream yoghurt, sugar, butter, milk powder, sea salt (un iodated).

STORING NOTE:

Store well wrapped. Will last up to 2 days. If storing in the fridge, keep well wrapped and use within 2 days as product will get crumbly and dry.

HEATING NOTE:

Preheat oven to 180°C. Defrost completely, apply toppings if desired and bake until crispy. Approx. 10 to 15 minutes. They will crisp up on cooling so avoid baking them until they are too brown.

FREEZER NOTE:

All flatbreads freeze well, but keep in mind that any product which contains eggs, butter and milk will get drier over time so it is not advised that you freeze for longer than 3 months.
