They freeze well, and are very popular so it is advised you order more than needed and freeze for later.
Ingredients: Apples, mixed raisins, brown sugar, pineapple, Cake flour, butter, castor sugar, candied peel, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla seeds, cardamon, black pepper, lemon zest and juice, orange zest and juice, un iodated salt.
