Description
Traditional Hot Cross buns with a twist, made with sourdough and left overnight so you get the benefit of a slow fermented bread product. Excellent fresh and plain, or toasted and with butter or honey, these sticky buns are so good you wont be able to buy store bought ever again!
They freeze very well so you can stock up as the season is short: only available from March until the end of May.
Available in original flavour with mixed raisins, spices and candied citrus peel or dark couverture Belgian chocolate, with spices and candied peel.
Ingredients: Stoneground cake flour, sourdough yeast culture, spring water, sugar, butter, 50% Dark Belgian chocolate or mixed raisins, candied citrus peel, sea salt (un iodated), mixed spice, cinnamon, cloves.
