Description
These biscuits are made with all butter for a delicious creamy flavour and brown sugar to add a chewy texture. They are crisp but chewy and soft in the middle. Because these biscuits are not baked hard and have a high percentage of butter they will not last in the cupboard, either refridgerate or freeze to keep them fresh.
Ingredients: Stoneground cake flour, sugar, brown sugar, butter, free range eggs, sea salt (un iodated).
Chai spice: ginger powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla, cardamon, black pepper, vanilla flavour essence
Crunchy Peanut Butter: Crunchy Peanut Butter, flavour essence
Coconut crunch: Desiccated coconut, butter, sugar, stoneground cake flour, flavour essence
Fudge crumble: Condensed milk, butter, icing sugar, sugar, stoneground cake flour, flavour essence
Ginger Caramel: Ginger powder, caramel sauce, flavour essence
Honey and Oat: Rolled oats, butter, sugar, brown sugar, stoneground cake flour, honey, flavour essence
Dark chocolate: Couverture 50% Dark Belgian chocolate, flavour essence.
Milk chocolate: Couverture 33% Milk Belgian chocolate, cocoa powder, flavour essence.
White Chocolate Chip: Couverture White Belgian chocolate, flavour essence.
Lemon crunch: lemon zest, lemon juice, icing sugar
Mixed berries: mixed berries
Peanut Butter Jelly: Crunchy Peanut Butter, homemade jelly (fruit jam) flavour essence
Raisin and Oat: raisins, oat, vanilla flavour essence
