Delicious sticky buns, made with sourdough and left overnight so you get the benefit of a slow fermented bread product. Excellent fresh or reheated quickly to get thme soft again, these buns are too good not to share.

Ingredients: Stoneground cake flour, sourdough yeast culture, spring water, full cream milk, sugar, butter, free range egg, flavour essence, milk powder, sea salt (un iodated).

Flavours:
Cardamon: Butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, icing sugar.
Cinnamon: Butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, icing sugar.
Bar One: Butter, sugar, cocoa powder, 50% dark Belgian chocolate, BarOne spread: Sugar, palm oil, full cream milk powder, lactose, cocoa powder, soya lecithin, flavourings, salt, cinnamon, icing sugar.
Dark choc Peanut Butter: Butter, sugar, cocoa powder, Crunchy peanut Butter, 50% dark Belgian chocolate, peanuts, icing sugar.
Chelsea: Butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins, icing sugar.
Copenhagen: Butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, custard: milk, butter, eggs, semolina, vanilla essence, icing sugar.

STORING NOTE:

Store well wrapped. Will last up to 2 days. If storing in the fridge, keep well wrapped and use within 2 days as product will get crumbly and dry.

HEATING NOTE: 

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Bake for about 15 minutes until soft and warm to the touch.
Alternatively you can pop in the microwave for a few seconds.

FREEZER NOTE: 

Not recommended, as they tend to dry out.
